These terms and conditions apply to all private transportation services booked via the Meetswiss Transfers website, by phone, e-mail, or any other booking channel. By confirming a reservation, the client fully and unconditionally accepts the conditions below.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of private passenger transport services (airport transfers, ski resorts, tourist destinations, customized trips).

2. Reservations

• Reservations can be made online, by e-mail, or by phone.
• Each reservation must include: departure location, destination, date, time, number of passengers, luggage, and any special services requested.
• Confirmation is sent by e-mail once payment has been received.

3. Rates and Payments

• Prices are listed in CHF (Swiss francs), including VAT if applicable.
• The price includes: vehicle with driver, fuel, tolls, and passenger insurance.
• Extras (waiting time, additional stops, oversized luggage, unreserved child seats, or special services) may incur additional charges.
• Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method offered on the website.
• An invoice can be issued upon request.

4. Cancellation and Modification

Cancellation by the client:

• More than 24 hours before departure: full refund.
• Less than 24 hours: no refund.

Cancellation by the company:

• In the event of major unforeseen circumstances (breakdown, weather conditions, force majeure), the company will offer a full refund or an alternative solution.

Modifications (time, route, number of passengers) must be confirmed by the company and may incur additional fees.

5. Client Obligations

• The client is responsible for the information provided when making the reservation.
• The client must behave respectfully towards the driver and the vehicle.
• Any intentional damage or excessive dirtiness may be charged.
• The transport of illegal or dangerous substances is strictly prohibited.

6. Company Obligations

• Provide a vehicle that complies with safety standards and is insured for passenger transport.
• Ensure punctuality and professionalism of drivers.
• Respect the confidentiality of client data.

7. Luggage

• Each passenger may carry one standard luggage and one cabin bag.
• Oversized or special luggage must be reported in advance.
• The company is not responsible for items lost or left in the vehicle.

8. Delays

• In the event of a delay caused by the company, an alternative solution or compensation may be offered.
• In the event of a delay by the client:
• One hour of waiting at the airport is included free of charge.
• Beyond one hour, an additional fee of 50 CHF per extra hour of waiting will be applied.
• The client is requested to inform the company as soon as possible in case of flight delays or other changes affecting pickup time.

9. Insurance and Liability

• Vehicles are covered by professional liability insurance.
• The company’s liability cannot be held in case of force majeure (weather, traffic jams, external accidents, strikes, administrative decisions, etc.).

10. Data Protection

• Personal data collected (name, contact information, trips) is used only for reservation management.
• Data is never shared with third parties without consent.
• Clients have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by Swiss law.
• In case of dispute, the competent courts are those at the company’s registered office.
